Building and Good Neighbor Policy

1. NO PARKING is available to clients other than slots marked VISITOR. If you do not comply, your car may be towed!

2. Please note the use of handicapped parking spaces while waiting for pick-up and drop off of clients is prohibited.

3. Please do not trespass on the other tenants’ property by entering their places of business.

4. We encourage you to stay on the Portland DBT premises during breaks. If you choose to leave the building, please do not prop the door open, do not sit on the lawn, or otherwise use the building entry way as a gathering place.

5. Smoking is confined to the covered smoking area on the north side of the building.

We share this space with other businesses. Please treat our premises in a way that makes the Portland DBT Program a good neighbor.
